Customers may return a product within 14 days by emailing us at info@barbedproject.com

The 14-day period starts from the day the customer accepts the product.

Returned items will only be accepted in their original condition - unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging, if applicable.

Refund will be processed within 10 working days after we receive the product back.
